The hotell was very nice with good service. The room was clean and cozy. We were only there for one night but we would still recommend. We ate the cheaper breakfast but it was still delicious.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. The lounge/restaurant area was a lovely space to relax by the fire and have something to eat and drink. The rooms were nice but could do with some extra features like somewhere to put the suitcase and some better lighting (it was too dark). We also found very limited bathroom amenities for a hotel of this standard. For example a one product "does everything" which I find is more of a 3 star hotel feature.

Het was een fijn hotel. Mooie en moderne uitstraling. De kamer was netjes en schoon, de bedden sliepen goed. Er was geen airco aanwezig, op zich was het ‘s avonds koel genoeg om met het raam open te slapen. Wij sliepen aan de kant van het zwembad/terras en hebben ‘s nachts last gehad van mensen die daar gingen zitten en veel geluid maakten. Met het raam dicht had je hier minder last van, maar werd het wel warm. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam. We hebben goede tips voor wandelroutes gekregen. De faciliteiten zoals de sauna en het zwembad waren wat klein voor de hoeveelheid mensen in het hotel. Vooral het zwembad was overvol.

Sehr schönes Hotel, leider war der Kühlschrank defekt bei der Hitze. Hätte mir auch größere Mülleimer gewünscht. Modernes Hotel, TV leider nicht modern. Netflix nicht möglich. Würde trotzdem wieder kommen. Kostenloses Parken top! Den Pool hätte ich ein wenig anders hingestellt. Viel zu zentral.

Preis - Leistung ist absolut in Ordnung. Auf Wunsch bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer, weil es nach vorne doch deutlich zu laut war, wegen der Kids, die am Basketballspielen waren. Problem schnell und ohne großes Aufhebes gelöst. Der Aussenpool war am Abend/Nacht noch super warm und sehr entspannend, aber unterm Tag in der Ferienzeit und wegen des Kinder-, bzw. Jugendlichen Andrangs, bedingt für Erwachsene zu empfehlen.

Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt in einem tollen Hotel. Konstruktive Kritik: Pool leider 3-4 Grad zu kalt ;-) Es sollten mehr Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Skikleidung im Zimmer vorhanden sein. Sonst war alles SUPER ! Grüße aus Filderstadt.

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Bergbahn. Für Wanderer und Skifahrer perfekt. Es ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Der Sauna und Schwimmbad Bereich ebenso toll. Zum Frühstücken kann man in das Restaurant gehen. Es fehlte uns Nichts.

Besonders aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal. Schöne Sauna mit Bergblick. Beheizter Außenpool. Gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Hundefreundliches Hotel. Kostenlose und großzügige Tiefgarage verfügbar. Gemütliche Atmosphäre mit offenem Kamin im Restaurant. Vom Hotel kann man gemütlich in den Ort Ellmau gehen, wo es schöne Gasthäuser für ein leckeres Abendessen gibt.
