Rooms were clean and staff was great however the property came with quirks like the shower handle was nearly coming off and the water lines were backwards (hot was cold, cold was hot) and the breakfast are was fully stocked but had guard ropes up and lights out as if it were closed.

Everything felt really old and had a strong air freshener smell. My window opened DIRECTLY onto the parking lot so I didn’t feel comfortable opening the curtains which made the room dim. The hair dryer kept falling off the wall and the shower curtain rod looked like it was about to go too. On the bright side, the bed was very comfortable, I had a full refrigerator/freezer and the people at the front desk were nice.

Had the following defects: 1. Front desk attempted to give my room to other person. 2. Bathroon door did not close easily since bottom stuck on tile floor. 3. Does not have elevator to 2nd floor access. Had the following amenities: 1. Bed is very comfortable. 2. Towels & linen good. 3. Has decent breakfast choices. 4. Relatively quiet.

Machines in the fitness room don’t work, only pulley, floor shakes, no free weights. Breakfast is below average. Location is good, close to I-80. Good A/C.

You get what you pay for. If you are traveling on a budget, this is not a bad stop. It was inexpensive, the A/C was cold, the water was hot in the shower. But it was not the cleanest room. The bathroom had water stains in the shower, there were old key cards in the coffee station, under the beds were gross… but the bed was also comfortable and the bedding seemed clean. So it was an OK stay. Not 4 stars but definitely not 1.

This hote is dated but you can at least see that they do try. Microwave , fridge and a decent TV in the room makes the stay better. The 5 star goes to the staff. Everyone from the manager to the maintenance crew were extremely helpful and pleasant. While the beds are rather uncomfortable and walls are paper thin, this is a good choice for an overnight or quick stay.

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Moderately priced. The only things that needed improvement were the lack of plates for breakfast so we used bowls but it's not ideal to eat waffles from cereal bowls. The dog area is pretty lacking, bare dirt, very small fenced area, no poop bags but we had our own. Overall happy and will stay again next time we go through Elko.
