The location is good and the hotel is basic. Be prepared for the hotel room is super small. Also, be prepared to pay for 2 rooms if you and a family of 4 go to this hotel. Lastly, be prepared to pay for parking each night which start from $30 per day. Extra expense. If you park in the plaza, where the hotel is in front of, the Police will fine you and make you pay for the ticket which is about $37 Euros. Parking is hard to find whether it is day or night. Very limited and parking spaces are too small. You need a small car, if you rent a car and stay at this hotel.

This hotel was fantastic. Highly recommend if you’re in this area!!! The parking garage beneath the hotel is just 10 Euro/day. The room was dead quiet and, with the heavy-duty black-out curtains, I was able to get really good rest. The restaurants within walking distance were amazing, I definitely wasn’t expecting that in a small town like Elda.

Purpose of visit was governed by proximity to the hospital where a family member was located and therefore no strong opinion on the hotel. It provided a place to stay, however, amazingly the restaurant was not open at the weekend and parking proved difficult until advised of underground facility at 10 euros per night.

Ok hotel for business stay

The hotel is fine, it had some small renovation /upgrade since last time I was there. The only thing I really dislike is thr strong perfume they use in the reception area. I find way too strong and suffocating.

El personal muy amable. La habitación estaba muy limpia y las instalaciones comunes también. Servicio de lencería de calidad. La insonorizacion de la habitación algo deficiente, oía la ducha y las puertas de las habitaciones próximas. En el baño hay bañera en lugar de ducha y para personas con movilidad reducida eso siempre es un inconveniente. El fondo de la bañera es blando y se hundía al pisar.

El personal de 10 y el hotel lo esperado de un 4 estrellas a excepción de la TV que es antigua y no tienen amenidades como otros hoteles AC. Destacar el poco personal que hay ya que tuve que bajar a recepción cuando pedí un cepillo y pasta de dientes.
