“Room was dirty, telephone wasnt working, sliding door to balcony would not lock, shower curtains had black mould on them, plus a bunch of other things - wrote a note and dropped into the unmanned reception desk for escalation to the manager. No response received. Finally called reception and spoke to the Manager who was dismissive and disinterested. He did send a cleaner to attend to the cleaning and replacement of the shower curtains but failed to resolve the broken phone or door lock. Would...
