Beds and pillows were quite comfortable, one of the best we have slept on in a while. We were there for one night and didn't use any of the amenities but the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was easy to get in and out of with lots of stores nearby.

The room was clean the maid did not make our bed in the morning the pop machine was empty and the snack machine had no instructions how to use the water in the fridge was frozen and the second bottle was warm so we did not have coffee in the morning we did have breakfast in the restaurant it was good

The hotel itself is fine, easy to access, location of the hotel has a decent amount of restaurants, fast food, grocery store, and gast stations. Decently clean. The staff were decent, nice and friendly. Some things that was kinda bad with the hotel, for some reason the key cards for the rooms will only last around a day, what I mean by this, is the it will work in the morning but when night time comes you have to come down to the reception to get the key card working again and again, every night I stayed, me and my friends had to ask reception to magnetize the key cards. Kinda pointless with the keycards. The drainage in the room takes forever to drain, once you finish you shower the tub will be filled with water and will take overnight to drain. The other thing is that the parking lot lights are always off and never on at night, if you compare to other hotels nearby there parking lot lights are always on.
