PROS: spacious kitchen for a room (suite), lots of cabinets for storage, great breakfast, great location, great staff, great deal for tickets (discounted tickets for the waterpark and galaxyland @ WEM) CONS: can be very noisy at night from traffic as the hotel is right beside the highway, the room wasn’t as clean as we would like it to be.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast every morning was delicious and the chef went above and beyond to please! The hotel also offered wine and cheese ever Monday-Thursday! Very nice perk. This was my 4th stay and I will be back!

We had to quickly change hotels as the first hotel booked was under major construction, that we were never notified about. Elements by Marriott was available and very welcoming, with very professional staff that helped make our stay amazing. We were visiting our family, as our granddaughter has Leukemia and staying at the Ronald MacDonald House. Elements also made them very comfortable and welcome when they joined us for breakfast and our other granddaughter stayed with us overnight a few nights. Thank you Elements staff for all your hard work, wonderful welcome and amazing breakfast staff and chef who always had our favorite eggs ready when we arrived for breakfast. This is a 10/10 during this challenging time in our lives. God Bless.

Breakfast is good! Nibis ( the cook) always cook fresh eggs for everyone. He is very patient and nice. All the management are very welcoming and helpful. The custodian are all helpful. A very good experience for us to know all them. They are all welcoming and nice. I think they deserve 4 stars! The hotel looks new! 3 stars hotel in some places like New York are very dirty.

This hotel was a fantastic option for our WEM weekend trip. We really appreciated the underground parking and were pleasantly surprised to learn they offer discounts to Galaxy land and the waterpark. Will definitely book here again!

Everything was great. The room, the amenities, the hot tub. The breakfast was amazing. The snacks in the evening was a nice touch. The only downside was the street noise. Other than that, 5 star all the way.

Stayed for 5 nights on the ground floor. Room was very spacious with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. Really liked the kitchen with a separate freezer/fridge. Ran out of body wash on the first day and housekeeping did not replenish. They clean every 2 days but they missed us the first time. Brought our white noise machine but the traffic sounds outside were very loud. They were full so unable to move us. Breakfast was awesome with made to order omelettes on the weekdays in addition to several other choices including chicken sausages, breakfast postatoes, waffles, muffins, toast, yogurt, cereal, tea and juice. The infused water was a nice touch. Staff were pleasant.
