Walking in to do our check in the waiting area was very inviting with comfortable couches, television and an all around inviting feel, walking up to the counter we were instantly greeted with a smile, which is always a plus. The guest clerk was very informative and helpful, but just as we were finishing up the manager had come up to tell us that the pool had a pipe burst. He had a maintenance guy coming in and it wasn’t really a huge issue except there would be no heat. My grandsons still went swimming and had a blast. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy. We spent 2 nights and besides the pool going down, everything was perfect. I will definitely be booking a weekend stay again.

We ended up staying here for the weekend and as soon as I walk in the room, the baby mattress had something orange/red on, then the towel they used to wipe it was in the sink, the pool was stinky, my son loved the waterside though, the breakfast was good in my opinion, nothing too crazy but the second day we came at 930 and the juice was out so instead of refilling it they shut it off, and then my hubby bumped into one of the workers and he apologized but she seemed kinda grumpy and also it sound like kids were running around upstairs every night. Anyways it was alright, but I dont plan on staying here again
