While the lobby area was under construction, the suites themselves were clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for moving our child into the University of Alberta. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 2 nights. 4 adults. There was definitely enough room for all of us. The bathroom was clean and had enough towels. It was just the right temperature for us. We were there the last weekend of August. We will be back.

Great location for access to downtown, I did not like the limited underground parking and left with option of parking on Save On lot next door, The room was fabulous -it is dated but very functional The bathroom toilet needs to be updated and replaced with an adult bowl

My family and I spent three nights in a 2‑bedroom, 2‑bath suite and loved everything about it. The unit was spotless, stylish, spacious, and fully equipped with a full kitchen and TVs in every room. The location is perfect—close to restaurants, downtown, and only about 30 minutes from the airport. Even with lobby renovations underway, there was no noise or inconvenience. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite throughout our stay. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Canterra Hotel & Suites to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.
