Room was nice and clean with a huge, updated bathroom. Location was on a convenient street in city's center with shops, restaurants and lots of activity by foot (not cars). Hotel had a cozy bar small cafe with wide range of coffee & teas, bakery goods and a few excellent hot breakfast choices (15% discount for hotel patrons). Best of all were the friendly and helpful staff who went all out to please us. Would definitely return and stay there!

Excellent hotel. Rooms are spacious and you get 15% off the lovely coffee shop next door. We came from and overnight flight and checked our luggage with them, when we came back still early for check in they already had a room and our luggage was brought up to it.

Great stay and lovely experience We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The place was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the location was convenient. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was smooth and we felt comfortable during our visit. Overall, it was a great experience and good value for money. Our room was 501, it was a lovely room, beautiful and clean. The Inn Place is a short stroll from the Railway Station and a short stroll up to the Royal Mile. Close to absolutely everything. We would without doubt stay again.

Great staff, great location. Loved the coffee shop for its food quality and convenience. Biggest issue was how HOT the room and hotel was. Bedding was far too heavy for the room temp and windows were not the best. Fan did little to cool things down. Suggest lighter bed covers for warmer months.

This little bitty hotel is a hidden gem. It is right next to an alley leading down to the train station and the airport express bus or up to the royal mile. The alley is all steps but it's not far to walk it on the street as well. Although the building is old it is well updated. Our room and bathroom were large and well appointed-the bathroom had two sinks, a shower and a soaker tub. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. There is no free breakfast but there is an attached restaurant and you get a discount. Use your GPS to find it-There is no sign except a little one on the door. And push the door in to enter. Use the elevator to go up one level to the lobby.
