The room was immaculate, well designed and very comfortable. Our stay was during 2 very sunny days so being so close to all the main attractions was really great, however the room was boiling hot when we first came in because it is south facing with no AC. Could be an issue in the summer months. If you are driving there, you have to park pretty far, which we had no idea about so it made the check-in quite stressful. The departure was a taxi ride back to the parking lot that cost 75 pounds for 2 nights. It’s otherwise a perfect location and a very nice space to stay in.

Location was perfect - lots of cafes/food places next to the apartment and center to major landmarks and attractions. For those Harry Potter fans, Greyfriars Cemetery and The Elephant House was a two second walk down the street! The apartment was clean, and beautifully remodeled. Loved that it had a laundry room and they provided us with pods. Also the host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Loved everything about this property. The apartment was immaculate, the furnishings were lovely, the bed was comfortable, there was appropriate lighting in each area, laundry available (I assume on each floor), sensory lighting in the hallways, excellent communication from the off-site staff. The apartment is fantastic as is the location. We thought it would be noisy especially during Fringe, but it was soundproof. Great kitchenette and total privacy. We would highly recommend. Note: towel service and room cleaning is not done-- so a week stay with only 1 set of towels is difficult. Totally electronic check in.

Really rather impeccable! Great location to explore Edinburgh from - close enough to the action (Royal Mile, Palace, Greyfriars) but never felt too noisy or busy. Fit out and quality was exceptional. Great comfortable beds with high quality linens, plenty of storage, separate kitchen/living space was very useful, the laundry was a great bonus and communication was 10/10. Definitely recommend.

I have to start by saying how amazing the communication was with Mary and Laurence. As theres no front desk it’s all via message. The room was nice & big & in an amazing location. Right near some great ice cream and coffee shops. I did request an earlier check in so not sure what happened but that’s fine as check in was all online and we left our bags whilst we grabbed lunch across the street. A few minor points for me the room didn’t have AC and yes it wasn’t listed as an amenity but I assumed it would have it until I checked another review. I think the lack of AC needs to be super clear esp when it’s hot. Yes there are massive windows however there was no way I could leave the windows open…one as I have an autistic child and two because it would result in a million flies. Annoyingly prior to checking in the windows were open and I had to spend like 10 mins minutes getting rid of them all before I could even relax. That night as the sun blared in from the day and the curtains were open it was super hot so I barely slept. A fan is provided but it’s not good. Also the radiator towel thing in the bathroom kept coming on so the room was even hotter. So the next day I kept the curtains fully shut and the fan on all day which resulted in a better night. I loved the layout and the kitchen etc and the bed was very comfortable. I shouldn’t have looked under the bed is all I can say. Would I stay here again? Definitely BUT only in the winter. ❄️

Die kleine Wohnung liegt inmitten der Altstadt, die Victoriastreet und das Castle sind gleich um die Ecke. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man nichts vom Verkehr auf den Straßen. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Wohnzimmer mit Pantryküche (plus schönem Duschbad), kommt man gut zurecht. Eine Bushaltestelle der Linienbusse ist direkt vor dem Haus, eine Ghostbustour startet auch dort.
Die zwei Fenster von links in der 1. Etage gehören zu der Wohnung, die wir genutzt haben.
