Extremely helpful staff. We had an issue with our toilet and the maintenance man was so kind and helpful. We also needed extra bedding and they were quick to accommodate. The room was very clean.

Had the two twin beds room. It was as described. Didn’t take advantage of the breakfast. Cons: Water pressure in the shower was not very good and no mini fridge in the room. A bit noisy outside in the evenings. Pros: Very central location to everything, just a short walk to most places in Old town Edinburgh! Welcoming staff. Clean and safe.

Hotel is centrally located. Close to train station. It is decent hotel. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Couple of things I want to point out, 1. Even if we close all windows, there is noise from the Hunter Square. 2. The breakfast items not so good. 3. Lobby smells of breakfast in the morning.

Great mid priced property. Location for sightseeing is super. Well maintained and decent size rooms. Bar and lounge area on site and close to restaurants in old town. I didn't mind there was no air conditioning but it will be noisy especially with open windows. The bar goers will yell and construction starts early. Loud bangs that go on very early. Bring earplugs to stay here.

Excellent location, simple check in and a small cafe/bar in the lobby. If you’ve arrived by train the location Is so convenient (taking the market street exit there will be stairs). Location is also perfect for all the sights! Wifi was strong, A few steps to the room…but it’s Edinburgh and nothing is flat!
