Fantastic stay! The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast (coffee) was incredible. We loved the location just around the corner from everything. The staff was excellent and very knowledgeable about the area. Would stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries and luscious towels. Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful with answering any questions . The breakfast is served in the loveliest room withaege windows. We enjoyed the many choices: cold options as well as some hot breakfast choices. Tip: do order the full Scottish b’fast at least once.

I had only a short stay and was not disappointed in the way the staff treated my husband and I. All were very friendly and accommodating which made our stay very special, as it was a special occasion for my husband. I wanted to give a special big thanks to Eilidh, Helena and Ayia who went all out and nothing asked was ever too much trouble. The rooms were very clean and cosy. Just what we wanted, and had Wi-Fi. I like the references to the street names on the wall in the room, different!! The breakfast was very good and filling. We enjoyed our time in beautiful Scotland and would stay again. The location was not far from Edinburgh Waverley train station which is very good for travelling around. I definitely would recommend.

The room was very nice and clean! Staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel is perfectly located next to the bus station and many pubs! I would recommend staying here! The elevator is a little creaky and old so I took the stairs. Not an issue at all!
