I really enjoyed my stay! The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. Breakfast was good, and the location was fantastic, close to everything! Definitely a great option for anyone visiting the area.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Fresh breakfast was available every morning. And they even provided a to-go breakfast bag for us when we checked out early in the morning ! We had a great stay!

Basic hotel / as expected but location is great since it is right next to Royal Mile yet still on a quiet street. Preferable if you want to be right there but not in too crazy an area Amenities were limited, there was no safe or fridge in the room which was odd Definitely does the job if you are here for a few days to sightsee

Room was utilitarian, could use a table and chair but met our needs. Great location for access to Royal Mile, tour bus pickup and whiskey road. Liked the lobby bar and Dimitri was great to deal with. Breakfast in basement was very good and lots of options, also had real coffee in a carafe!

I liked that the property was very well located to everything. If ypu couldn't walk then you could get public transportation, taxi or Uber. We walked to everything. The daily breakfast was awesome and the staff went out of their way to assist. The only downfall was the elevator was out of order but the staff assisted with luggage. Great experience.
