This is a really nice hotel that is close-ish to the sites of Edinburgh. The staff was friendly, the room was very nice. There are more centrally located hotels, but they are much more expensive. Breakfast was very good.

My first time here and I was really impressed very nice and helpful staff, very clean hotel rooms, also very clean. The breakfast area was also very good and a very good selection to choose from and plates were cleared very quickly and tables wiped down straight away. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back

The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast buffet is extensive and very popular. I took off one star because the rooms are tiny and designed for couples - I booked a room for 3, and with the sofa bed in use, two people couldn't pass by each other and the desk was unusable. And the bathroom door is made of frosted glass (?!)
