“Tom at the front desk was so welcoming. Offered us discount cards for places in town , which were very good recommendations for options to eat. Was more than helpful with parking a large vehicle and also gave us a discounted price for the hot springs”

“Very interesting property. Room was ok but needs a deep cleaning and updating. We only stayed one night on our way to Banff. Strange group of people outside on the property grilling and drinking. Think it was staff or owner very strange. The breakfast they offer free wasn’t anything good and they didn’t even get our order correct. Slow too …not too many choices in this town to stay.”

“Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. One of the biggest issues was the noise. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep, and the rooms have virtually no soundproofing from the suite next door if you’re in a “B” room. Every morning around 7:00 a.m., we were woken by children screaming and running in the “A” suite next door that shares a door with a “B” room. We were traveling with three family groups, yet our rooms were spread across opposite ends of the...

“We enjoyed our stay here, the hotel is conveniently located and nicely kept up. Our only problem was trying to figure out how to control the temperature of the room. It just kept getting colder, even after we increased the set temperature. Eventually we figured out that we had to set it opposite to what we wanted, not sure why. When we asked for help at the front desk we were told that there wasn't anyone available to help us. I also couldn't figure out how to turn on the TV.”

“Hotel was fine overall. Air conditioner has to plug into the bathroom outlet but then you can't close the bathroom door. Check in is at another property down the street, no staff on this site. It is very basic and dated but it's clean.”
