“Couldn't ask for more. We've stayed at about a dozen different cottages in northern Ontario and Lakeside Cottages in Bruce Mines is the best. The beds are comfy, the price is reasonable, the cottage comes fully stocked (no upcharge for bedsheets like some places!!!), the kitchen is full and also stocked (salt and pepper and oil and coffee!!!), the cottages are clean and pretty, the view is amazing, the firewood is onsite and included (not $20 for a tiny bundle like some places...), reasonable...

“The staff went out of their way to facilitate my very late check-in on a Sunday night. They could not have been more helpful and kind. The room was not large, but I didn’t need it to be, and it was spotlessly clean and in perfect repair with a very comfortable bed. I don’t know what more one could ask for at this price point. I would stay there again.”

“Exterior of property was certainly unattractive, but the interior of the room was renovated and clean. Walls were bare and floor was “wood/like” tile. The door was old and the locks stubborn (need be replaced IMO). A/C was a window unit installed through the wall - adequate on a not-so-hot day/night.
