“All staff friendly and efficient. Great to have, in our opinion, excellent food -evening meal and breakfast, good ale and choice of wine by the glass, and service, all on the premises making for an easy stroll back to our room! Our room had cold water coming from the hot tap and vice versa. Took a while to work that out. Informed the manager who made a note to deal with it. We enjoyed our stay and would do so again next time we're in the area.”

“Overall, it was a nice hotel and I enjoyed my stay. The facilities were simple, including the traditional hotel key, which gave the hotel an olden feel. The room was comfortable and well presented. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide a mini fridge in the rooms, as this would be very convenient for guests. In addition, during hot weather, providing portable air conditioning units would make the stay much more comfortable, especially in both standard and family rooms.”

“Another great staycation at The King's Arms. Easy booking, great accommodation, friendly staff & the most amazing food. Really good value for Money & convenient to shops on North walsham High Street. Would very highly recommend. Parking is possible behind the Hotel but we decided to park in a local carpark a few hundred yards away. Very reasonably priced & easy to get a ticket using the App.”

“Terrible experience, 1st night room was like a shoe box extremely hot in this heat wave with no air con and windows open 2inches with massive extractor fan outside very noisy and smelly, complained but waste time staff didn't want to know, took 2 & half hours of complaining at night to get them to turn extractor off so we could get some sleep, went off nearly 2am! Moved room next day but again no air con anywhere in hotel or rooms so extremely hot again in this heat wave....place is tired and...

I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable.
