“Good”

“Don’t go there! Poor communication. Dirty rooms, human hair everywhere on the floor. No WiFi! Terrible reception!! I repeat don’t go there!!!! And oh I forgot the entire room smells so bad!!!!!!”

“Well secured and safe place, elegant and good customer experience; Will highly recommend.”

“Excellent customer service and great price for the property, amenities and location... very close to the airport. Definitely staying there again on my next trip to Ghana!”

“I booked my reservation one week in advance. They took my payment and confirmed the booking, but just 11 hours before my arrival, they moved me to a substandard apartment that was far below what I had originally paid for. I also paid for airport pickup, yet the driver arrived very late. Overall, the customer service was extremely poor and very unresponsive. I will not be booking with them again. ”

“I like the location of the property. Cpmmunication with host was very terrible and room shower was not working great”

“Nice place”

“Nice hotel. Well located. Comfortable apartments. Very Nice gym and quiet pool area. Didn’t find the management agreeable with regular client.”

“The environment”

“Good”

“Excellent location! Clean, secured building. Address listed is not accurate - it is Embassy Gardens rented by Paravi. Very family friendly, pool looked clean and inviting. The only hang up was the check -in process - checking in as 2 PM is tough. We eventually got an early check-in at 12:30 but waited for an hr to reach someone from Paravi. AMEX also not accepted but this is common in Ghana. Host, once contacted was gracious and overall stay was excellent.”
