“All good”

“The room and amenities were very clean. The bed very comfortable. Kathryn and Brit on reception were very helpful and made us feel welcome. Overall, we were very happy with our 2 night stay.”

“Easy location and convenient parking for the room. Comfy beds”

“I don't say this place is cheap, but considering the location to restaurant, cafe etc. It was reasonable price for me to book 1 night for my parents from overseas.”

“new bathroom fitout. We stayed in KB + SB, very spacious. Lack bedside table and separate bedheadb lights.”

“All of the above”

“Friendly & helpful staff; clean, well maintained property. The in-house restaurant was very handy with great food. I particularly liked the location which not in the CBD.”

“Always a good place to stay, easy access to city and university. Easy to checkin. One of my first choices on a trip.”

“Secure property - reception isn't always manned. It's a 3* hotel so you get what you pay for - however was not expecting stained sheets & no toilet roll holder. Other than that, no major issues with the place.”

“Great parking. Great location to walking distance to transport for city. Would stay again”

“The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, with dirty carpets, stains on the lounge, mould and old soap in the bathroom, and rubbish/stuff under the couch. Both bathroom doors didn’t lock, a window latch was broken, the dryer didn’t work, requested drying rack never got a response. No cups or mugs in the apartment. We requested a partial refund due to the issues, but this was declined. Wouldn’t stay here again.”
