“We are visiting from Australia and this place is absolutely awesome! Amazing location yet within walking distance to pubs / restaurants and town centre. Incredibly quiet being in a country setting and lots of opportunities for walks by the river. The staff were welcoming and friendly and we were able to have breakfast outside in the lovely garden. We felt well looked after. Highly recommend!”

“Spent two great days at this B&B. It's off the main highways in a small village environment. Peaceful, quiet and relaxing. We had a warm welcome from the staff, who were helpful, friendly and made our stay relaxing. The room was large, clean and stocked with tea, coffee and water. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet at night. The breakfast bun was amazing, the bacon and sausage tasted great. We had an evening meal which was also prepared and cooked well. “One of the best B&B rooms I have stayed in. Room size was BIG! Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully provided. The whole place was aesthetically decorated yet very practical - could not fault it. Limited parking on site, but more off-road parking available on side road. We had to leave early, so did not have breakfast, so cannot comment on that. Overall 5 stars and highly recommended!”
