Staff was very helpful and the hotel's location was very central. 2 minutes walk to central neuss station - next to shopping and eating places. The room sizes are good. These are the good points. The minus point is that the hotel is a bit old. I can see that they are renewing slowly - heaters are renewed, tv is renewed etc. My only complaint was about the pillows. Other than that, good deal for the money

Short trip to Düsseldorf

The room was poor quality. The toiletts smell from cigarette very strong. The location of the hotel was good. Breakfast was not possible, but very near you could make breakfast.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at [Hotel Mirage]. The experience was far below any acceptable standard, and I feel compelled to highlight the numerous issues I encountered: 1. Dirty Room: The room was in an unacceptable condition upon arrival, with visible dirt and an overall lack of cleanliness. 2. Dirty Towels and Bathroom: The towels provided were stained and unhygienic, and the bathroom was extremely dirty, which made it impossible to use comfortably. 3. Rude Staff Behavior: The staff exhibited unprofessional and rude behavior, which added to the negative experience. 4. Terrible Management: The overall management of the hotel was chaotic and inefficient, leaving guests to deal with unresolved problems. Such a level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable and does not align with the expectations I had when booking with your establishment. I request immediate action regarding this matter, including an apology and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. I hope you take this complaint seriously to prevent other guests from facing similar issues. I look forward to your prompt response.

Man bekommt mehr oder weniger das, wofür man bezahlt. Die zur Straßenbahn gelegene Seite ist allerdings eine Zumutung: Bei jeder vorbeifahrenden Bahn wackelt gefühlt der ganze Raum, und auch die Güterzüge in der Nacht sind deutlich zu hören. Zum Personal lässt sich wenig sagen – außer, dass die Motivation spürbar gefehlt hat. Insgesamt wirkt das Haus etwas heruntergekommen und veraltet. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen, und auch die Kissen haben ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Für den Preis gerade noch in Ordnung, mehr aber auch nicht.

Leider sehr ärgerlich, wir kamen an dann wurde uns gesagt das Hotel sei überbucht und wir müssen nun in das City Hotel 100mtr weiter auf der selben Straße ausweichen. Das City Hotel befindet sich leider in keinem so guten Zustand und die Eingangshalle sowie die Zimmer entsprechen leider keinem hohen Standard, ebenso musste man sich dort den Balkon mit dem Zimmer nebenan teilen.. auf Nachfrage wurde mit Unverständnis reagiert. Wir sollen doch froh sein das wir uns City Hotel dürfen das sei angeblich ein Upgrade. Alles in allem leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung.

- Das Zimmer war viel zu heiß - Keine Klimaanlage, nur ein Ventilator im Zimmer, den man sich nicht traut anzufassen. - Betten viel zu weich - Kabel hängen aus der Decke raus - Steckdosen am Nachtisch, nur auf einer Seite - Neue Toilettenpapierrollen dreckig - Am Empfang musste man zweimal warten, nicht mal eine Klingel am Empfang, damit man auf sich aufmerksam machen kann. Davon abgesehen, hat man mich auch kaum verstanden. Mittags 13 Uhr war mein Zimmer noch nicht fertig, da erst um 15 Uhr check in ist. So konnte ich erst Nachts um 0:30h Einchecken.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet, mit einer sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist ideal und macht den Aufenthalt besonders praktisch. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!
