“The hotel staff at the reception were very helpful and so welcoming. However there was one member of staff in the laundry room who came across like she couldn’t be bothered helping when I asked her for a clean towel for the swimming pool area because the one she pointed me towards smelt really damp so I wanted a clean one and she just ignored me so I helped myself. “Muy buena atención en recepción por parte de una chica asiática que no recuerdo su nombre, y de Mark. Un hotel excelente algo lejos del centro, pero las vistas y la calidad merecen la pena pagar un poquito más de taxi para llegar.”

“Comfortable bed and restaurant was good. The room we had was on the 2nd floor and needed a bit of of a spruce but the new rooms outside the pub look a lot better.”

“Very nice converted country house. No lifts. Staff very amenable. Good breakfast and simple good food in restaurant. Room was clean and well appointed, could do with a fridge, shower was excellent. Hotel can get noisy at weekends if and when they have weddings and parties.”
