“We spent two nights at the hotel, dropping our son to the UNB, and we were very happy with it. We were impressed in how clean it is, the rooms were impecable and the bathroom as well. Our son was supposed to sleep from night one in his new location but his room wasn'tready so he slep with us the first nigh. The staff helped us putting an extra bed for him as it was a single queen bed for us and they were very friendly, the breakfast was very well displayed and with a wide variety of choices,...

“Le site extérieur est très négligé. Dommage car la localisation est super sur la rivière. L’accueil a été très mauvais par une jeune asiatique pas souriante qui nous a même fermé la porte au nez pour ne pas être dérangée. La chambre était moyenne, le lit confortable et la douche et les serviettes agréable. Le déjeuner pas très bon et servi encore de façon médiocre par la même asiatique. Il y avait un jeune garçon aux cuisine plus gentil. À la sortie on nous demande un pourboire minimum de 15% ou...

“À mon arrivée il n'y avait personne à l'accueil, j'ai du cogner sur le comptoir pour que quelqu'un vienne. Lorsque je suis entrée dans la chambre j'ai trouvé plusieurs grands cheveux noirs dans la salle de bain et des tâches de sang sur le couvr lit. L'employé à la réception m'a donné une autre chambre . La literie est désuète. Le tapis des endroits publics est dégueulasse. Le petit déjeuner (french toast très sec, mais omelette maison très bonne). Le service de la serveuse au petit déjeuner...

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit is roomy enough for 2 and we were able to cook a nice meal in the kitchen. There are only 2 sets of dishes/glasses/cutlery which is a bit tight but otherwise the kitchen was well equipped for a short stay. We enjoyed cocktails and coffee on the balcony and noticed a very well used bike path in front of the building that we will explore next time we stay. The bed was super comfy and the AC kept us so cool that we slept in! I would definitely return.”

“Phone number for the property contact has outdated information on the voicemail. Was able to confirm our late arrival via email. Sufficient for our needs to have an affordable place to sleep and easily navigate around the university. Plenty of parking. Easy check-in and check-out.”

“Your typical 1970's drive up motel which is stuck in a time warp. Maintenance is poorly done and property needs to be totally gutted and renovated. I looked at the online photos and the exterior is no longer a fresh white, red and green. Roof is in very bad condition. Staff was very pleasant as we arrived after office hours.”

“I didn't realize I'd have an entire floor of the house to myself! Plenty of food for breakfast, great location and beautiful property! I had a restful night's sleep. The owners were very nice and helpful.”
