We stayed here for a couple of nights when riding the train. It's a nice hotel. They're in the process of updating it. The ice machine didn't work and we had to walk to the hotel next door for ice. I felt so sorry for the young woman at the front desk because people were complaining and one man was rude, but it wasn't her fault. Plus, she was several months pregnant. It was a minor inconvenience in my opinion and we're planning to stay here again next year. We walked to the train and restaurants/shops were within easy walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

The lady who worked hard everyday, Brandie, to keep everyone fed in the morning did an excellent job. The other staff were very responsive to our needs. The room had no bathroom amenities, lotion, etc.

The staff were nice. Would have been nice to know that the pool was going to be closed at our hotel during our stay. They did let us use the hotels pool across the street. Our room still had trash in the closet from a previous guest. The fridge in the room did not get cold enough so food we bought had gone bad during our stay.

Staff were competent. Room was reasonably clean, although dark. Kitchen was ok, but no toaster. Breakfast was good with protein and yogurt. We entered through a back door that was almost blocked with an overflowing trash can. Can was clean and empty when we left. I did not appreciate being surprised by daily parking charges and a charge for using a credit card.
