The two queen sized rooms are a little snug both room width x room length. The closet at the room door gives you very little room to maneuver. The hotel front desk staff were good, Breakfast was not well tended to. No coffee was refilled even after asking the person responsible for the breakfast food service.

They didnt have enough staff. The lady working the kitchen was tending to guests requests with towels etc. , she was also manning the front desk. There was a carafe of hot water for tea etc that was cold , microwave didnt work in eat in area. The bathroom in our executive suite was not real clean, there was nastiness around the toilet by the floor. If that had been our first LaQuinta visit, we would never go to another. However, not all are like that. It needs some help with management.

Clean...very quiet room. Bed was comfortable. Easy walking distance to many places to eat. Staff seemed helpful and gave advice. Like most hotels, I'd suggest they possibly change up what is offered at breakfast. Think everyone is over the waffles and biscuits & gravy.

Great location, especially if you have any appointments/prosedures scheduled @ Mercy Hospital. Also there is a AMC mega movie plex About a 50 yards from the hotel lobby. The mall & Walmart are super close. Only complaint l have is….super strict laws on towels. I stayed one night and woke up to find out. “Dang no towels for showering, not even one. Had to dry with hand towels and dirty T shirts from my travels. Other than this was a solid night stay.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and have been very happy. The last two years that we have stayed the service has been lacking. If you're staying only one night you're fine. If you stay for more than one-night, good luck in getting clean towels, your trash emptied or your bed changed. The excuses we have been given is that they don't have enough towels because people take them, or enough housekeeping staff. I will say that the housekeeping staff work very hard. These people are doing everything they can to get the job done. I commend them for all their hard work. I do blame management. We were told by local management that it wasn't Wyndham Hotel's policy to service your room each day. If that is true, I'm very disappointed with the Wyndham brand.
