This a very different setup than most BnB’s, there are six cottages surrounding a beautiful lawn, lots of greenery and flowers. A main building houses the eating and common area. The hosts were so welcoming and informative. Thank you for a very nice stay.

The property is immaculately maintained, with an excellent staff and wonderful hosts (Jim and Leslie). Easy drive to Durango, hot springs, Purgatory ski slopes, etc make this one of my favorite B-N-Bs. The morning breakfast is just cherries on top!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend and we could not have picked a better spot! We stayed in one of the cottages and I was so impressed with how cozy and clean it was when we walked in! There is a small brook that goes around the entire property that was so nice to crack open the windows and fall asleep to the sound of at night. The grounds are beautiful and so well maintained. The owners are so sweet and accommodating and you can tell they genuinely love their property! We will definitely stay again the next time we are up in the Durango area! I don’t often leave reviews but this place to much if a sweet little gem that I have to share the 5 star weekend we had!

We've stayed at Apple Orchard Inn during previous Durango visits and have always found it to be most accommodating and pleasant. The rooms are spotless, the bed, room temp and bathroom are excellent and breakfast, while not elaborate, is quite satisfactory. We've found the owners to be very pleasant and easy to work with. Apple Orchard Inn probably is the best B&B in Durango and we will continue to stay there when we visit our daughter.
