We were very pleased with the cleanliness of our room and the lobby. And the breakfast buffet was very enjoyable. The only thing we were disappointed in, was the pool was closed for repairs.

Staff was very pleasant. Rooms were clean and in good order. Only issue we had was no hot water for the three days we were there. The hotel did offer full refunds but if you haven’t traveled to this area before, this is one of the nicest hotels so we stayed.

The beds are very comfortable! And, if you like a dark room for sleeping, there is no problem here; thick curtains. I would have slept better but the ac unit kicking on and off throughout the night was too noticeable and kept waking me. The bathroom smelled musty, but the rest of the room was clean. We had to take a cold shower, but the staff told us about that in advance. It wasn’t a big deal to take a cold shower.

The hotel was clean but had no hot water at check in. I refused to check in and was unable to get a refund from Expedia. The Expedia CSR was not very knowledgeable about the process and I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes for him to call the hotel which never happened. The hotel staff was great and tried to help in every way possible.

I stayed on the second floor. The air conditioner cycled on and off all night with loud clicks and shut-off. The fire alarm went off at 3:45 AM and no one from the staff appeared on the floor for an all clear. There was a drip in the bathroom that seemed to emanate from the vent in the ceiling that went all night long. To top it off 3 trains came through (I know this is not something that the hotel controls) but what a night. It was the worst stay I have ever had at this location. The check-in staff are great. Rooms are clean. This was just a crazy set of events. Book on the upper floors.
