The owners were very lovely - friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, updated and tidy. It was also warm at night and not noisy from traffic at all. Cleaned and fresh every day. The motel is in a great location and I would highly recommend it!

First visit to Dunedin

Our hosts were very friendly. Room was comfortable, clean. Only issues were the bed was a little soft for us, and the couch was a little uncomfortable. Slightly to far from town for us.

Motel was hard to find as there are two queens drive in Dunedin. Very confusing but rang Sally at the motel & she set us straight.

A comfortable stay for a few nights. Guest laundry included clothes line or clothes horses which we took to our room to hang clothes that could not go in the dryer. Only criticism is the room was not very sound proof from other guest rooms or the street so not suitable for light sleepers.
