“Despite stating on their website that emotional support animals would be considered as welcomed to guests free of charge, when I arrived at the location, I was told no cats. They said any other type of emotional support animal would be allowed, including fish, guinea pigs rabbits but not cats. I had already paid and did not get a refund because on their website. “Nice place to stay ”

“We couldn’t get into our cabin unit right away, because they were short cleaning staff. One of the 3 TVs wasn’t connected correctly, so didn’t use & the other 2 requires us to switch cables around. The cabin itself was great & just what we needed! I understand it’s owned by Wyndham, so they should be investing in keeping it up & well-run.”

“It was dirty. Towels, sheets stained. Smelled awful in the rooms. Bathrooms very dirty mold on the shower curtain. The shower drain was clogged. Outside was not clean at all. Garbage out in front of the rooms. Didn't even end up sleeping there as it was so gross.. do not recommend!!”

“No idea who give them 4* The hotel advertises itself as a 4-star property, but my experience was far from that standard. Housekeeping was poor, the dishes was extremely dirty, most restaurants were either closed or only open until 7:30 PM, and the elevators were old and extremely slow. If this hotel were honestly rated as a 2-star property, I would gladly give it 5 stars for meeting expectations. But when you promise 4-star quality and fail to deliver, the rating has to reflect that.”
