“The location was excellent for everything I wanted to do in walking distance - great location. The staff (Marvel) was amazing - so helpful and cordial. The bed was great and they had great pillows. Clean, everything worked. Would go there again. Oh, and parking worked out well - the ramp on the other side of the block worked well.”

“El lugar me encanto, la vista expectacular. El personal muy amable. Lo unico que no me gustao es que el balcon no es tan probado como parece, podia ver desde mi balcon al interior del cuarto de mis vecinos. Adicional que pudia escuchar absolutamente todo el los cuartos de al lado y arriba. Al parecer tenian niños corriendo y gritando... encendian el jacuzzi demaciado tarde o a las7 am. Lo cual impide descanzar y relajarse.”

“Location was perfect. Room was clean and quiet, fantastic view from the lakeside. Parking was very convenient. Have stayed before and will again. I did not have any meals there so no comment on that other than it is just a few steps away from my favorite Duluth restaurant, Va Bene.”

“It's a simple room. The front desk service is poor; the staff are not friendly at all. The air conditioner blows out dust; it needs a filter change or cleaning.”

“The room was big and the location of the hotel is great. However, cleanliness was not the best. The first night, I found hairs in the bed (not mine), the drain in the tub didn't really work and the water puddled showing lots of loose hairs and who knows what more. The section of the hotel I was in smelled like weed all the time.”
