We had such a wonderful stay. The view over the city was spectacular. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. This spot is truly a hidden gem! We will be back if we ever find ourselves back in Dubrovnik.

A clean room at the top of the old town gate. For people with disabilities or walking issues this property would be difficult to get to. The room was at the top of a winding staircase which would likewise pose a challenge. One other concern was that stepping into or out of the bathroom was inches from the top stair. Yes, the room had a beautiful view.

This is a lovely private room/bath in the home of a local couple. The owners are on-site, helpful and charming. This location is one of the easiest to reach in a city full of VERY steep steps. The area is quiet yet close to everything. Highly recommend.

We have just returned home from a two night stay at Rooms Lavanda & Ruzmarin and it was very nice. The owners are very friendly and welcoming which makes the stay very pleasant. The room has a small window, but with a wonderful view over the old city. It has a nice shower, hot & cold water, fridge, kettle, TV and air conditioning. We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay and visit the old City in Dubrovnik.

The location was both a great and a curse at the same time. We had the top room and the view from the little window was top notch, but being at the very top of the world had its toll when it came to go back to the room because of all the steps to claim form the Stradum. The host and his wife were very nice and helpful with recommendations.

if taking heavy luggage difficult to negotiate the many steps to get to property. spiral staircase to room with a view not easy with large suitcases. Distance between top of staircase and bathroom door extremely close and presents a dangerous scenario when used at night in the dark

Tolle Lage am oberen Rand der old Town mit Einer sehr schönen Sicht. Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Wir waren uns nicht bewusst, dass es im Haus von jemandem ist. Terrasse ist zur Mitbenützung. Es hat einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer und einen Wasserkocher sowie ein eigenes Bad. Gerne wieder.

This place was fabulous! There was a wonderful view and the hosts so very friendly and inviting. A surprise rain storm hit and they were ready to lend an umbrella. Greeted w a refreshing juice from their lemon and orange trees. Also offers of tours and a ride to the airport upon my departure. I cannot stress how inciting and charming it was. Located right under Minceta Tower. Would definitely stay here again!

Best view

The room was beautiful and clean. Located in the Old Town right next to the wall. The window from the apartment had the best view over the entire town. It was away from the main roads, so quiet. The hosts were very kind and available whenever needed. Would sincerely recommend and would stay again.
