Excellent location within the walled-city. Host was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable on the area (her family has owned this property for over 300 years). She personally renovated/decorated the property and every detail was carefully considered in order to provide the most comfortable stay possible for her guests. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic!! Location is perfect to make exploring downtown easy. The apartment is clean, updated, and has all the conveniences and amenities you could want. Feels like home away from home! Would come back again!! They also helped with arranging luggage transfers, transportation, and dining recommendations. Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience!

Location was literally steps from the old city wall entrance. Very quiet three room “hotel”. The proprietor was responsive and truly helpful. The “City view” that was described on this site wasn’t quite accurate but I have no complaints. Given how crowded the city is, it was nice to have a very quiet and very nice and spacious room. Highly recommend for someone who doesn’t need a full service hotel

Honeymoon stay.

My husband and I Had a wonderful stay this October. The room was clean, great location, and host was absolutely great. She was so accommodating, even had a breakfast box made up when we had to leave for our flight very early.

It has got the great location within the old town, only a few meters away frm the entry of the city walls. The host Dubravka met us during the check in, provided a lot of information regarding where to eat, shopping, attractions. We have had a great experience in Dubrovnik.

The property was beautiful and just the right size for our stay. Having a living room area was a great benefit when traveling vs. hotel rooms. Located in Old Town, close to the wall and all the places we wanted to visit; most things in the area are walking distance. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodated our need to store luggage for a few hours. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Stayeva 11. Our room even had a kitchenette. There is no front desk, but the staff was very responsive and helpful, including great recommendations. The location is perfect for sightseeing. It’s slightly away from the noise and yet close to everything. I would definitely recommend Stayeva 11 to anyone going to Dubrovnik.

Amazing newly renovated apartment smack in the middle of the old town of Dubrovnik. Helpful and friendly host Dubravka who made sure we had what we needed. Communication before and during the stay was also easy to manage. We would love to come back!

We stayed at Stayeva11 for a girls trip and had such a wonderful time! Dubravka & her staff (family run) were so incredibly kind and helpful. The location is in the heart of Dubrovnik, making it super easy and convenient to explore the city. Dubravka made our stay a breeze, helping us with restaurant recommendations, arranging airport transfers, and everything in between! The complimentary breakfast provided was also lovely. We cannot recommend Dubravka’s property more!

Great way to live like a local in historic Dubrovnik. Just right for two people with a lovely bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, dining table, and living area. Very well-appointed with drinks, coffees, robes, hair tools. But best of all is the owner, who is easy to reach and amazingly helpful.

Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay here! The place was cozy and homey and amenities were great! Our hostess made us feel right at home and she even made special arrangements for my wife’s birthday! A+ for the great location and all the special touches! We would definitely stay here again 🙂 Tip: Try to pack lightly in Croatia. No matter where you stay in the beautiful old cities you will encounter stairs. Enjoy!
