It was very hard to find fault with the hotel. Staff were polite and friendly. The hotel breakfast was of excellent quality and included an extensive range of choice. The rooms and pool were clean and well maintained.

Kudos! Loved the hospitality by Sumratin staff. The rooms were comforting after the hot summer climes outside. Enjoyed the rooftop pool and the bar . Highly recommend this for a relaxing vacay.

Excellent hotel right in the centre of Lapad. Close to shops, bars and restaurants as well as the beach. The hotel is modern and clean and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Would highly reccomend. The rooftop pool has great views and all sun loungers come with their own umbrella.

This is truly a five-star hotel. Everything is modern, exceptionally clean, and there's a delightful aroma throughout. The staff are very attentive, and the decor is brand new and contemporary. The breakfast is absolutely superb! The restaurant features live music almost daily, creating a wonderful ambiance. I highly recommend this establishment. The rooftop bar offers breathtaking views, although a larger pool would be a better experience. The beach is conveniently located within a 5 to 10-minute walk. Please note that the beach is pebbly, so I recommend bringing water shoes. Should you venture to the far end of the beach, sunbeds are available for rent at €20 each, and umbrellas can be rented for €10. LOVED THE HOTEL❣️

Fairly new hotel according to the locals. Great dining for breakfast and dinner. They even have pastry shop in lobby by promenade. Promenade is right outside lobby. Walkable to the beach. Room was spacious. View not quite expected but a great view from the rooftop. Pool is at rooftop. Great place to take it slow. Valet parking for extra fee. Which was fine with us since we drove. We took uber to Old town to avoid parking headache. Great stay. I recommend this place well. Staff was friendly. Housekeeping attentive to our requests.

We stayed for 8 nights and overall had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is new, modern and in a good location. Our room had a lovely balcony, and the air conditioning throughout the hotel was excellent. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights, with a fantastic selection and everything you could imagine. The rooftop pool area is also lovely, with a bar and restaurant. The food was very good, although service could be quite slow as the same staff seemed to serve both the pool and restaurant. Drinks were expensive and unfortunately the beer was never properly cold. The concierge service was disappointing. We asked about day trips and boat tours but were mainly told that everything would require a full day. We eventually booked independently outside the hotel and found options that suited us much better. The sauna is great, but having to book it in advance was frustrating. Reception told us it was fully booked one day, but when we went directly to the spa, it was actually empty and we were able to use it. Overall, a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and breakfast, but the service and organisation could be improved.

This hotel is almost perfect. Rooms all new, good size and all amenities. We had a fridge which proved useful. Large balcony with a sea view (upgraded to this from a partial sea view) and a huge bathroom with twin sinks and a decent shower. The bed was very comfortable - one slight gripe: we asked for feather pillows which were not available. Toiletries were in large dispensers - for the standard of hotel, a more prestigious brand might have been chosen, but I'm splitting hairs here. There is a rooftop pool; even when busy we managed to find space to sit by it. The spa is wonderful; I used the sauna and salt room. There's more, and a gym too. Rooms were made up generally while we ate breakfast from the extensive buffet with a choice of indoor or outdoor shaded seating. Lots of vegan options including smoked tofu, peanut butter, lots of dried fruit and nuts and some vegan cereals. Most products had allergens marked, so easy to choose the right things. There was a good choice of fresh breads daily. Nice to see some unusual things like ginger shots, kombucha, fresh figs available and a good choice of herbal teas, including a nice apple tea. Turn-down service meant we could have fresh towels in the evening. The hotel is a short walk from the beach. The nearby promenade is accessible from two different entrances/exits, requiring a key card to get in or out. All staff are friendly and helpful. We got a late check out (16:30) for a reasonable price. Great hotel!

What started as a very stressful situation turned into the most magical holiday! We were moved to this hotel after our original booking unfortunately had no check-in details and appeared to have been double-booked. Expedia told us we couldn’t check in until 3pm, and as it was around 4am, we decided to walk for an hour to the hotel just to see if there was anything they could do. To our huge relief, our room happened to be ready, meaning we could finally get some much-needed sleep. From that moment, everything completely changed. The hotel was immaculately clean and had such a beautiful, fresh smell throughout. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast buffet had a fantastic range of choices, and the pool and loungers were absolutely beautiful in the warm sunshine. The food from the pool bar and the bakery next door was delicious, and every member of staff was warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful. To make our stay even more special, it was my partner’s birthday during the holiday. The hotel kindly left him a little chocolate heart mousse and a lovely birthday note signed by the executive. Such a thoughtful touch that meant so much to us. What began as a complete disaster ended up becoming one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. We’re so grateful to the hotel and its wonderful team for making our stay so memorable. We would absolutely return! ❤️

Just returned from a 8 night stay at this amazing hotel. By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It’s pure luxury. Rooms very modern and very comfortable. The Hotel Sumratin is perfect, the decor is lovely, the staff are very friendly with good recomendations and very attentive, the pool area is kept to a very high standard by the staff. The breakfast has something for everyone, we were happy to see probiotic and vitamin shooters, smoked salmon, pancakes with lots of toppings, fruit and yoghurt bowls and the omelette lady! Highly recommend and we will be back!
