You are in the heart of Temple Bar district. There are bars, live music, restaurants, stores all just steps away and you have many historical sites a short walk away. The hotel has a long history and if you are looking for the Dublin experience this is where you should stay.

Excellent city-centre location and friendly, helpful staff. Old, dated building, no elevator, tiny/cramped room. Good for backpackers/budget-challenged but there are a lot better options in Dublin center.

It was a small room, but it was clean and newly renovated bathroom. It is on the side street of the Temple Bar area, but was quiet.

Room 411 had a lot of charm and was what we needed for 3 of us to stay a few nights in center city at a favorable rate. We got used to climbing the four flights up and down! We very much appreciated the coffee/tea tray with new cookies every day. The nighttime sounds from Temple Bar partygoers were not too bad, but the seagull hollering outside our window in the morning was a surprise! Overall this served our purposes and had some old European charm.

Polite helpful staff and great location. Building is worn, though carpets and bathrooms were recently renovated. Rooms are tiny. Our bed was comfortable, though. No elevator and we had to walk up a flight while our son had to walk up three.

Clean room and bathroom. Close to all the pubs and attractions. Our room was on the top floor and was very warm due to heat wave but loved our stay nonetheless.

The pictures make the hotel look much nicer than it is. That being said, the room was clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, it's just in a spot of Dublin that made me feel like I wanted to be in the hotel before dark. The bathroom is updated so that was nice, all in all, it wasn't a bad stay for one night and it is convenient for walking to some decent pubs.

Great location and friendly and helpful staff. The room was very small. We had booked the twin room, so we knew it would be small and it was totally fine if you are out all day and just need a place to sleep. If you need more room, then you should book a bigger room. It was also very noisy early in the morning, with construction being done very close to the hotel.

Location is right in the middle of everything you would want to explore in Dublin city center. Great location! Only very slight downside was that they still use physical keys and not a card and they only give you the one key. Not a big deal but something to note.

The room was clean. However, our room was on the 4th floor. The desk staff didn't explain how to get to it since the elevator only went to the 3rd floor. Consequently, we had to drag luggage up 4 flts up of stairs. I'm 74, it was not easy. And the water was not drinkable. They didn't tell us. We just happened to inquire. The parking garage was a nightmare finding it.

For the price this hotel is outstanding. I would stay here again. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but it is convenient for where it’s located. It is not noisy. The room was comfortable, except for my fan lacked a little bit of power. The staff was helpful and they had an elevator which I was excited about. But all in all, I was very happy with this location.
