This is a great hotel location wise, close enough to the city centre but far enough to be quieter. Everything is walkable from here. Staff is incredibly helpful and kind and the room was tidied daily.

Loved this hotel’s location. It is much closer than the original hotel that we booked in park west ( too far away from everything). Very conveniently located to eating establishments and activities in the area. Staff was very accommodating and room was clean and comfortable.

When we arrived we where pretty early and the staff was very accomidating in getting our room ready early then the 3pm check in. The staff was all friendly. The rooms where cleaned nd well stocked with water cookies extra. The breakfest was ok. The pancakes were hard as a rock from sitting under the light too long but other then that it was good. Nice variety for gluten.

Our room was very comfortable and the location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great selection. Our shower walls were slightly dirty and had mold, and we could hear everything above us. Aside from those couple things, we really enjoyed our stay.

We had 2 rooms, 203 and 229. The 1st room had some dating signs, especially in the bathroom, water damage to the door and bath panel and needs a bit of maintenance, the 2nd was huge in comparison and perfect. Reception and all staff were perfect, bags were kept pre check-in and post check-out, even though our rooms were not down for breakfast on 1 of the days, this was sorted with no issues. Breakfast was really great, hot, cold and coffee.
