The hotel was acceptable. The young girl in reception was bordering on rude and there seemed to be an atmosphere between her and the others, I wouldn't have her at the front of house on my business and she has no place working on reception. Breakfast was overcooked with rock hard fryer eggs and dried out bacon. Rooms were fine but the shower on day 1 was barely warm. Rooms noisy due to the train right outside .
Plus points is the location. Great pubs on Camden street and a few minutes walk to Grafton street , 20 minutes walk to Guinness.
The location was perfect. It was about a 12 minute walk to everything close by. Trinity College. Shopping. Lots of restaurants close by and bars. Hotel is beautiful. Very nicely decorated and spacious rooms. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back. Staff were great. They let us check our luggage in early so we could go and explore.
Harcourt Hotel is super comfortable with excellent staff The location is directly over a night club which had a giant line up when we arrived at 11pm. The noise did not affect us, but some maybe uncomfortable with that. The breakfast was delicious. They helped with luggage and the towel warmers were such a delight
Clean, large room, comfy beds. The staff were really welcoming and helpful. We were able to leave our bags ahead of check in which was useful. Easy access to the city centre but not too loud at night which was great.
Loved the central location. Wonderful, big bar with a beer garden and huge sports screen. Construction across the street ensures you have a full day...lol. But otherwise wonderful, charming hotel. Make sure you take pictures in the lobby. We'll adorned and every pic is framed.
Situated in a very busy, very well connected part of Dublin and yet there were 2 parks within a few minutes walk. Staff were excellent, and rooms were clean and comfortable. No AC, but luckily the night was not too warm.

Good clean hotel, friendly staff when checking in and the bar is also perfect
The Fire Alarm went on twice during the night - Both times false alarm. A little annoying when you need to sleep and be ready for next day meetings. But overall a good hotel and I recommend it and will use it again next time being in Dublin
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, super close to Green Line and the Airport Bus, excellent location, comfy beds
Cons: This building has seen better days... or decades! There's no AC and our room was super hot even with the windows open at 17 degrees at night. Everything is functional so it gets the job done, but be prepared for weird stuff (ie. do you need a pants press or hair dryer from the 90s? Weird stairs to nowhere? They've got you!)
