Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The rooms have a serious issue with air flow and temp regulation. We stayed in Mid-Sept and the room was uncomfortably warm with no means of opening a window and what felt like zero air circulation. It was in a great temple bar location and very clean but I would not stay again unless the outside temp was freezing!

The property is located in an excellent place and has been recently renovated and is in brand new condition and very clean. Unfortunately, many rooms have windows that do not open and are very small, making them a bit suffocating. There is a fan in the room, but on warm days the space gets uncomfortably hot and stuffy. Staff responds quickly to messages but cannot supply many of the things requested. I asked for a second fan to improve ventilation, but they said they did not have one. I would have given this property five stars if it weren't for these issues. They should install opening windows or improve ventilation in some effective way.
