This hotel is actually a very old "mini-mansion" that has been converted into a hotel. It's "cozy and comfy" and very Irish in its design and decor. We actually stayed here the night we arrived in Ireland on the ferry, and in a different room the night before we were to leave on the ferry after several days of exploring Ireland by rental car (left-side driving is a ball once you get the hang of it!) Don't expect the Ritz, but I can practically guarantee you'll be happy here because it's like staying with family in their spare guestroom.

Beautiful and quiet neighborhood near the Botanical Gardens. The airport is about 15 min drove. 40in walk or 25 min bus ride to Temple Bar area. There is parking on the premises for $15 per day, but I would recommend requesting this ahead of your arrival. There are limited spots. The accomodations are sufficient. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. There is instant coffee and tea bags in the room. Brewed coffee in the lobby cost 3¢ which isn't convenient. The closest coffee shop is a 10 min walk.

Great location in proximity to the airport, which was great since the petrol protests in Dublin had me worried I would miss my flight. I wish I had spent more than one night here to be able to enjoy being walking distance to the gardens and zoo!
