The staff at the hotel were always ready to help and assist us. The bar, restaurant and breakfast areas were clean and comfortable. On the whole, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Rented the double bedroom and it was very clean and put together. Staff was helpful, room service did not disappoint. Its location in the city center was very convenient. Rarely needed to use public transport as nearly everything is walking distance. Only complaint is lack of amenities - no fridge or hairdryer in room. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Directly across from a major bus terminal, which made arriving with a toddler and lots of luggage very easy! Property was clean and room was a good size. Easy walk into the city center. A little noisy at night with the street cars, but not distracting once I fell asleep.

Especially pleased with the staff. As we checked in we realized there were two bookings in our name, and they cancelled one with full refund. They were able to give us a room early. We were very jet lagged. The breakfast was great, the bed comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

The room was exceptionally clean; however, the hotel is not very accessible. As we discovered after exiting the elevator, there were stairs required to reach our room, and after a lengthy day of travel, we did not appreciate carrying or managing heavy luggage up those stairs. Furthermore, the room lacked air conditioning or a fan, and it was quite warm.
