Our second stay at the dukes the palm. Cannot complain. The double room with panoramic view was amazing. The entire team was amazing: co concierge, door men, receptionists, kitchen and dining team, pool & beach staff & cleaners. Walid, mansour, melody, nana, hamza, anil, saha, shubham, noor, stephen, saif etc. All were amazing. The NH collection combin3d wjrh dukes is great also and amazing breakfast. We had half board and was great. The palm jumeriah mall is opposite the hotel and a 3-4 minute walk across the road. Plethora of restaurants, arcade and activities. Aquaventure is near by. JBR is 10 min drive away. 25 minute drive to dubai mall.

Fantastic stay at Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel! The hotel was immaculate every corner spotless and clearly well maintained, which made such a difference to how comfortable we felt throughout our stay. The staff were brilliant. Friendly, attentive, and available 24/7 whenever we needed anything nothing was too much trouble. That kind of service really elevates a stay. Our room had a lovely balcony, a nice touch that added extra space to relax and take in the Palm Jumeirah views. Overall, a genuinely great experience on Palm Jumeirah. We’d happily stay here again and would recommend Dukes The Palm to other travellers looking for a clean, well-run hotel with excellent service.

The location is excellent, and the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The food was good overall, although I feel there could be a wider variety of vegetarian options. The chefs were particularly helpful and made a real effort to accommodate our requests, which we really appreciated. One suggestion for improvement would be to keep breakfast and dinner at the same hotel. During our stay, the management alternated the meals between two hotels on different days, which was a little inconvenient. Having both meals consistently at the same hotel would make the overall experience much more comfortable for guests. The main thing we were disappointed with was being charged separately for drinking water during dinner, despite having booked a half-board package. I would expect basic drinking water to be included with dinner, particularly for half-board guests. Overall, however, we had a very good stay, enjoyed our time there, and appreciated the excellent service from the staff.

The pools/ Beach Access and customer service is always on point. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have their normal breakfast(the best on the Palm) we had to go to a neighboring hotel due to issues in the Middle East. But they had an Awesome spread for Easter. It was a nice time to get away and have fun with friends.
