This is my second stay at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, especially the front desk and housekeeping teams, who provide excellent service. The hotel's location is ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It's also just a 10-minute walk to the Mall of the Emirates, making it very convenient. I will definitely continue to stay here whenever I need an apartment in Al Barsha, Dubai. Highly recommended!

Definitely not worth the money. Bathroom insufficient.. Must ask for towels, toilet tissue and anything else that should automatically be included. It’s old and everything is patched up instead of fixed. Bathroom ceiling leaked constantly.. the place is simply disgusting. The staff are generally nice. I should have been refunded for my stay there but of course that would never happen.

Very very very uncomfortable bed, noisy elevator sounds and not a great location. I booked this property due to its 10 out of 10 rating. That rating was greatly over exaggerated.
