Good no frills hotel ideal for overnight stay on the way to or from Dresden Airport. Bus to/from Terminal stops outside hotel. Good value rooms and breakfast. Complimentary drinks on arrival much appreciated.

The Hotel is easily accessible from central Dresden via tram and close to the airport--a 20 minute walk or frequent public bus service. There is no good restaurants nearby.

Good place to stay near the airport

I had a late checkin, past 2300 but the security waited for me and gave me my key which I thought was good. Hotel is close to Dresden Airport and I was picking up a car next morning from the airport

You get what you pay for

The shop being close was nice but everything else is very far away, the bed was absolutely tiny and barely big enough for both me and my partner and the bathroom had a silverfish infestation which was pretty gross.

Do not stay at this hotel , you will be very dissapointed.. not even if they paid you to stay there. Dirty, trashy. Tried to swap promised room with lower amenities , when I wanted to cancel, they wouldn’t grant it. I have a complaint into booking site.

Well to start the tv internet was down on the 3rd floor I was told. Front desk lady was terrific. 0100 the fire alarm went off so everyone had to vacate before going back in. Never took in the comp breakfast as had an early flight

It could deserve more than 4 stars, but due to an unexpected unpleasant event we have had to face trying to get back into the hotel after 23...the electronic keypad for opening a side door was or broken or out of order, none of the staff present inside.... not even a guy who works in the hotel kitchen and arrived there for solving the situation had been able to help us; I finally solved everything finding a window door on another side which was half open, maybe for giving a chance to come in knowing that the electronic keypad was completely out of order. Except that event, our room was nice, clean and with all basic comforts we needed.

Homophobic, abusive and disrespectful.

This is a scummy hotel. 😬 I was gaybashed and disrespected continuously by the hotel staff. Who also acted annoyed and apathetic when asked questions about the usually falsely advertised amenities. The bartender called me a “f***ot” and seemed to think that was an acceptable way of addressing a guest. Other staff mumbled incoherently at me as well as being microaggressive. Some staff seemed to be under the influence of something. Staff also simply didn’t seem to really know what they were doing. The staff’s friends made attempts at trying to segregate me by talking to me indirectly and ordering me not to use any of the facilities (like the restaurant), downstairs. The staff and their friends were constantly talking to me and insulting me indirectly. Which is incredibly rude and disrespectful. The staff also seemed to facilitate deranged locals in stalking me by placing them in rooms adjacent to mine. After emailing corporate I was awkwardly confronted by the bartender and corporate demanded a phone conversation while denying anything was going on. The bartender’s friends (who loiter around the bar) went into a tantrum ranting about murdering or assaulting me. This hotel is not safe but especially I would advise LGBT people to not stay here. Dresden is a bigoted backwater in general, be careful here if you’re LGBT. Lots of things seemed in disrepair. The hotel isn’t totally dilapidated but it struggles. Das Zimmer war abgenutzt, es gab mehrere Lichtquellen, von denen nur zwei funktionierten. Stecker von Lampen musste man erst in die Steckdose stecken, bevor man sie anknipsen konnte, an einer Lampe war der Stecker ganz abgerissen. Wärmeregelung war nicht möglich, viel zu warm da drin. Bei offenem Fenster zog der Rauch des Raucherbereichs unterm Fenster ins Zimmer. Der Wasserauslass der Badewanne war nicht mehr verkleidet sondern heraus gerissen. Das grosse Doppelbett waren eigentlich zwei Einzelbetten, da fiel man dann in der Mitte in die Nische. Parkplatz kostet extra, mir wurde versichert, dass genug Parkplätze Vorhand sind, wenn man später kommt. Dem war deshalb nicht so, weil die meisten Gäste so unmöglich geparkt haben und zwei Parkplätze mit einem Auto beansprucht haben. Was gut war: Getränke aus der Minibar waren gratis.
