“The room was clean and well presented in a pretty idyllic location. Quite and not very looked. Local pud was within a 10 minute walk and they served great food. The pud overlooked a river and in the summer months there seating available to be able to sit along side the river. We were provided with tea, coffee and biscuits. “On arrival you are confronted with building work around the main entrance and a very tired looking reception. (July 2026) The rooms are basic relatively clean but bathroom in our room was tiny. If you have long legs you will never be able to use the toilet comfortably because the shower cubicle is approximately 18 inches from the pan. “A fantastic stay at the Trawth Rooms. The host was very helpful and made herself available to us if we needed her. The rooms were very clean and well designed. The kitchen was handy and had all the basic items you could ever need for your stay. It was in a lovely location just 5 minutes pleasant walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This place is truly special. The enjoyment begins the minute you walk in and meet the lovely staff. The room itself was perfect-spotlessly clean and totally comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and it was a truly incredible meal.
