“Super stay, extremely comfortable room and delicious breakfast.”

“Everything about this property was perfect. Lovely clean room with modern power shower beautifully tiled. Lots of little extras such as luxury soap, shower gel, body lotion. Plenty of tea and coffee sachets and a small bottle of milk each day, not to mention the little chocolates and hot chocolate and biscuits. “Great location for us (friends in Denford) Beverley (the owner) was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little greasy for me. Quite a heavy farm smell in the morning.”

“Nice quiet area and nice neighbors and lovely house with fully amenities for the accommodation and close to city centre and football ground and university nearby and plenty of restaurants nearby and access to inner ring road and outer ring road and close to motorway northbound southbound and eastbound”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Jasmine House. Our room was lovely. Much more spacious than anticipated, the bathroom was very nice as well. The host let us use the fridge in the main kitchen to store a few items which was helpful as well. The location is wonderful, easily walkable to great dining options and some nice little shops. Highly recommend!”

“Such a lovely cosy annex. We only stayed one night but will definitely be back for a longer stay. Very convenient location for the A1”
