“Lovely modern hotel with nice rooms but never saw any staff at the desk throughout the stay, also wouldn't recommend staying in the summer, the windows are sealed shut and our room was very uncomfortable because of the heat. Easily one of the worst nights I've had in a hotel because of the heat and humidity in the room despite leaving the fan on, don't know how they expect people to cope in the summer.”

“From the time we tried to check-in the woman that greeted us was aggressive and told us to wait in the waiting lounge. Then we could check-in Declan told us that we needed to pay for our accommodation but when I told that I had paid he took our documents and did not return them.
