“Inadequate parking despite statement that parking was available Cramped room”

“There is ample parking, staff are friendly and helpful. Sadly the hotel building is very dated and in need of urgent updating and maintenance. The carpets are stained and smelly. The beddings and furnishing are old, stained and surfaces are always sticky ! Hairs human, and animal are everywhere . The bathroom is disappointing, leaky flush, cracked basin and water pressure is very low, taking showers is frustrating. “This is an absolutely charming inn attached to a pub and restaurant. The room is cozy and updated. The restaurant food is local, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Sunday roast was just delicious. You’re in the Yorkshire Dales National Park with a number of beautiful walks/hikes right outside the door.”
