“We had a great time staying here, we spent 3 nights with our almost 2 years old baby and the staff were amazing and super nice and helpful. A special thanks to Quinn, she went above and beyond for us and was extremely helpful booking our tours from the hotel. Bicycles are available for free use in the entrance. I will absolutely stay here again when I visit Phong Nha ”

“The owner greeted us with hot tea, and gave us an upgrade to river view cabins as they were available for our stay. The food prepared by the family at their restaurant was delicious. Ha had many recommendations, suggestions, and options for us to ensure that we enjoyed our time in Phong Nha”

“Prachtige binnentuin met vijver waaraan de 2 verdiepings huisjes liggen. Zeer attent en aandachtig manager. Mijn bus was zeer vroeg aangekomen en ik kon gelijk in mijn kamer, die zeer mooi, schoon, confortabel en groot was. Voor het ontbijt waren veel opties . Manager zorgde ook dat ik meteen meekon op een tour. Ik kan Mountain House ten zeerste aanraden”

“Our room was clean and spacious although we would have preferred 1 queen bed. We like that they provided rubber slippers instead of the cloth ones and their wifi has a fast connection. They also assisted us for our luggages from when we arrived until checking out.The free buffet breakfast was really nice, there were many Vietnamese dish selections so we were excited to try them all and they taste very good!”
