Gostei da limpeza, acesso via elevador também faz a diferença, a recepção com simpatia plena; café ótimo mas a localização do hotel esta muito distante de apoios como restaurantes e bares com funcionamento noturno exigindo um deslocamento de carro próprio ou de aplicativos para jantares e afins. Sugere se que se estude a possibilidade de abrir o espaço destinado ao café para terceiros explorarem neste sentido.

O vaso do banheiro do quarto estava sujo ( como se alguém tivesse usado e não dado descarga), a descarga é bem barulhenta. O estacionamento é bem apertado. O café da manhã não é 100%, parece tudo do dia anterior. Havia muito cheiro de tinta nos corredores. Porém os recepcionistas são muito educados e gentis.

O quarto era razoável. Estava limpo e arrumado. Porém reservei um quarto triplo luxo e me colocaram num quarto duplo. Tive que dormir em uma cama de casal com esposa e uma filha de 7 anos. Expliquei no dia do checkin que estava errado e pelo fato de estar lotado, aceitaria essa condição, não sou de causar confusão. Expliquei novamente no momento do checkout. Disseram que por ser sábado não poderia fazer na hora que entrariam em contato depois para regularizar (eu poderei que seria justo eu receber o estorno da diferença entre o quarto reservado e o quarto utilizado). Passado uma semana, não entraram em contato.
