“It's an old Victorian mansion converted to a hotel, felt a bit like a B&B. Beautiful old building with a nice parlor that we enjoyed, way more interesting than the usual boring motel/hotel. They have a wine bar downstairs in the afternoons which is fun. Location is great with excellent restaurants, pubs, and bakeries nearby. It's a bit loud outside on weekend nights but we turned on the AC fan and slept great. Our room's carpet was kind of old, maybe it's time to replace it... otherwise...

“The hotel is charming! Full of warmth and decorated so nicely for the holidays, it's like something out of a Hallmark movie. Room was large, comfy and spotless, the staff are all friendly and helpful. We're going to try Ellies for breakfast before leaving. Last night we walked to nearby restaurants for dinner before visiting Clifton Mill. Love this place!”
