“The location is l fantastic. It was convenient to get to D1 and D3. The photos on the web are inaccurate as the furnitures are very old and dirty. Access to the pool was very challenging as the building management seems to discriminate against short term let. ”

“A little outside of the main district 1. Convenience store down stairs was handy. Apartment not well equip with extra toiletries, tea and coffee, drinking water supplied was ample.”

“4군에 위치하고 있어서 1군 등으로 이동할 때 편리함”

“Good”

“Worse place I have been stayed Not recommend, wast of money. No lobby, service slow and bad communication with the owner. Tried to call the owner property but never answer. Utility so bad, the bedroom supper small, old, dusty like no well maintained. Floor gets wet when shower, water leaking from shower and the sink. Pillows, mattress are old, cheap and very hard, can see the dusty spot on the pillow. Floor is dirty, like no clean after former customers.”

“Great location beach walking distance. Staff very welcoming and communicate really well. Grocery shop in the building ”
